Halloween 2009

I got a great deal on Eleda's halloween costume at http://www.buycostumes.com/. Check it out - they have great sales all the time!

We decided to trick or treat in my mom & dad's neighbourhood. They live on the quietest little crescent, so we didn't have to worry about traffic, and just like when I was a little kid... there are so few kids that trick or treat around there that the haul is always impressive.

Here's my little lady with her pumpkin clippies and halloween tatoos.

We hadn't carved our pumpkin yet, so daddy got the ball rolling:

Lol.. he cut the hole so small, Leda's hand was the only one that could possibly have fit inside!

The dog wanted in on the action.

The house at the end of my parents street had this pumpkin up in early October and Eleda was OBSESSED with it. Every time we came to or left my parents house we HAD to drive by the giant pumpkin. Since we were going up to their door anyways, I figured she could touch it. Seriously, this think was her Elvis!

Our happy little trick or treating ducky.

Grandma Janet took her up to one of the last doors!

This was the end result of our cute little pumpkin!

And here's my pregnant belly in comparison to a giant pumpkin. Draw your conclusions.

The next day, Eleda put on her safari hat, stuck a sticker on her nose and demanded that I take her picture.
