I finally downloaded all the photos from my phone. They are a bit of a mish-mash, but I figured I would share.
Every summer our neighbourhood participates in the Neighbourhood Watch Night Out, where we all gather for some food and chatting, and are usually treated to some emergency service vehicles and staff. This year both the fire and police department came out.
Alan completed his Lay Worship Leader course. He was presented with his certificate here.
We went out for lunch just the two of us on the day Alan quit his job to go into business for himself. Alan drank a giant Heineken.
At one of the festivals in Victoria Park.
We were invited to a friends place for Canada Day... BBQ and fireworks were a blast! Ashton really enjoyed relocating the cooler.
Super cute thirsty kids.
Oh the places you'll go.
One of my biggest ventures since becoming a stay at home mom was taking both kids to African Lion Safari on my own. I survived, and we actually had a lot of fun!
End of summer clam bake. Ok, well, seafood boil... it was AMAZING.
Ashton's first S'more.
Isn't it great when your kids wake you up and sit in the laundry basket?
First day of ballet 2011.
Eleda & I went to the Western Fair just the 2 of us. It was a blast and I can't wait for next year!
I think she went down this slide 20 times. Maybe more.
I couldn't believe she didn't want me to ride on the roller coaster with her!
First day taking the school bus!
You can't see him, but that's Alan with Ashton on his first ever ride at the Dorchester fair.
And a random shot of Eleda with Baby Sheila.
