Happy Mother's Day!

To all the moms who read my blog, hope you had a great day. I am a lucky lady with 2 amazing children, an awesome husband and loving parents.

Today my Alan made me his amazing french toast for breakfast. I'm still not 100% clear on how he makes it taste so good, but I guess I don't really care as long as it keeps coming.
All the moms at church this morning got a flower, and Eleda made me a card and a little art project in Sunday School.

Then we went out with mine and Alan's mom to Moxies for lunch. I haven't been all that impressed with Moxies as a dinner place, but I really, really like their brunch and lunch menus. I highly

recommend the fish tacos.

This afternoon I got to do some relaxing (Ashton gave me an amazing gift by sleeping all through lunch, so he had some feeding to catch up on) and Alan made dinner. Another one of his specialties - stuffed chicken. Man it was good. I'm really looking forward to the leftovers.

Just before getting the kids into their baths I realized I hadn't taken any photos today, so I figured what better way to commemorate this day than to capture those who make me a mother. So here they are... I even got Eleda to look away from the TV for a couple shots.
